Who We Are

The dream of creating CONTINENTAL UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (CUIST) came as a motivation from various perspectives of academics such as passion for impacting knowledge to young Cameroonians, mankind and revelation to create and impact in educational sector and above all to improve the standard of education in the Anglo Saxon sub system of Education in Cameroon. It all began in 1999/2000 Academic year where the founder found it necessary to join International University, Bamenda (IUB) in partnership. A partnership that saw collaborations with African  common wealth, European, Asia and American University. For study elective placements and referashal programs aimed at improving the standard of wide range of programs and had trained in the course of partnership many National and International students were trained as Nurses, medical laboratories, technicians, pharmacy technologist, clinical pharmacists, laboratory pharmacists, midwives, public health technicians, Nutritionist, pathologists, gynecologists, medical doctors, Anesthetists, Bankers, bank managers Human resource managers, Accountants, Microfinance controllers community development officers, local government officers, lawyers and business lawyers, taxation officers, transporters, shipping agents imports and exports officers, custom officers financial controllers, University lectures Registrars, Inspectors of Education principals of colleges Government Examination Board members, Marketing Mangers ,health Research officers, Law enforcement officers, prominent business men Agricultural Engineers, poultry farmers, water resource engineers, Senior Divisional Officers, Universities Head of Department, secretaries of Education, Ambassadors in many countries etc.
